Day 1 of Challenge (By Deepak Chopra)

QUOTE OF THE DAY

"Today I behold all the abundance that surrounds me." Write this down in your Journal and try to remember this statement throughout the day.

Task of the Day

Make a list of 50 people that have influenced your life and contributed to your growth. Ruminate on how each person has impacted your life and write down some keywords that express their influence on your life. Move through the exercise calmly and thoughtfully. As you list the names of these people, make it a point to mindfully thank them and wish them well. Enjoy the process

Mantra and Meditation

This can be done before or after the task. This is the Mantra you will repeat mentally during the meditation:

So Ham are two Sanskrit words that literally translates as *That I*. This reflects the concept of being at one with the Universe and all that is within. "I am She/He/That"

I create my personal abundance from an infinite source


Task of the Day

Write all your debts and expenses in your journal, whatever it may be. There's no need to record the amount, only to whom and for what. For example, a credit card bill to Barclays.


Now, make a list of all your monthly payments, without numbers e.g. rent, electricity etc. Everything you have to pay each month should be recorded.


The objective is simply to bring in consciousness. Be open to this exercise and closely pay attention to how you feel.

You can complete this task in the format of the poem or a letter to yourself. You can draw what abundance means to you if you aspire.
